In its commitment to guaranteeing that everyone can access and enjoy its collections, the Museo del Prado takes into account the particular needs of people with disabilities, reduced mobility or specific requirements in order to achieve a Prado for all.

Entrances and preferential access for visitors with a disability
- Free admission.
- Preferential access to ticket offices 1 and 2 and to the building via the Puerta de Jerónimos entrance (c/ Felipe IV s/n).

Parking and vehicle access for people with a disability
- City parking spaces for vehicles with a disability permit on Calle Ruiz de Alarcón and Calle Moreto.
- The Museum facilitates vehicle access for visitors with reduced mobility, upon prior request by email:

Museum without barriers
- Adapted restrooms, accessible lifts, ramps and platforms.
- Auditorium and displays equipped with magnetic induction loop.
- Loan of wheelchairs at the cloakroom.
- Guide dogs are welcome.
