This is a drawing depicting a young woman standing. She holds out a small bag with her left hand to a seated boy, who beholds her, enraptured. At his feet, there are some books, and in the foreground, there are some dead chickens. In the midground, there is a seated woman.

It is probably a preparatory drawing for a print.
