Saint John the Evangelist

A drawing in which the saint is depicted on foot, walking in profile to the right. He appears with the chalice from which the dragon emerges on the left of the figure.
It seems to belong to a series of Apostles, akin to those in the Jovellanos Collection in Gijón. Muller points out that the position of his feet corresponds almost exactly to that of Saint Philip’s feet in the aforementioned series.
